The job market can be challenging, especially for those lacking experience and guidance. With this in mind, Careeraid has launched a new mentorship program offering personalized advice and support to job seekers seeking to achieve their career goals.
The Careeraid Mentorship Program was created to provide a personal approach to career development, with experienced mentors guiding participants through the entire job search process.
Structured courses and sample materials can be helpful, but nothing beats the guidance of a personal mentor, who can provide tailored advice and feedback. In addition, the program’s mentors offer participants the opportunity to learn specific hard and soft skills, helping them develop their career potential and achieve their goals.
With backgrounds in the frontend, backend, QA, UX, and project management, the program features six groups of juniors. Each group has its own scheduled meetings, tasks, questions, and recommendations, and the mentors offer tailored advice to every group. There is no set course of action. Instead, the mentors approach each group individually based on their needs and wishes.
The program is proud to have a team of experienced mentors, including Veaceslav Bezusco, Sasha Pleshco, Olga Nicolenco, Anastasia Sersun, Natalia Nezalzov, and Dina Gritco. These mentors bring a wealth of knowledge and experience to the program, helping participants develop their skills and achieve their career goals through IT and HR group working sessions.
One of the essential components of the program is the HR expertise provided by Kristina Chemerskaya. During the first session, held on March 15th, Chemerskaya offered advice on how to write a well-structured motivational letter and provided feedback on participants’ resumes. This personalized approach has helped participants get closer to landing their dream job.
Careeraid Mentorship Program is an excellent resource for those seeking guidance and support during the job search process. With personalized guidance from experienced mentors, participants can develop the skills and confidence they need to land their dream job. So take advantage of this opportunity to achieve your career goals. Sign up for the Careeraid Mentorship Program today!
